Short codes are unique three to five digit numbers that can receive TXTs from mobile phones.
Standard Short Codes cost the sender 20c to TXT, which allows you to send a reply message back free-of-charge.
Premium Rate Short Codes allow our customers to adjust the amount a sender pays to TXT a Short Code. This can be greater than 20c (we give you a share of the profit) or free (you pay the sender's 20c). The rate must be set when the Short Code is set up and cannot be adjusted afterwards.

Our Short Codes work with all the major mobile operators in New Zealand (includes Vodafone, 2Degrees, Telecom and Telecom XT).
We also offer Keyworded Short Codes, whereby you can share a Short Code with other customers to lower costs.
